What you need to
do before the process begins:
Let us know what type of
occasion this video is for (wedding, graduation, birthday,
anniversary, etc.) If the video is a surprise - be sure to
let us know!
If any pictures are
copyrighted - be sure to get written permission to use them
from the photographer.
Arrange your pictures in the
order you want them to appear on tape.
Number the back of each photo
by placing a post-it note with the number on the back of the
picture. You may also write the number lightly in pencil on
the back of the photo. Do not use pen.
Write any titles on a piece
of paper and place in position between the pictures.
Indicate on a separate piece
of paper if you want the music selection to change at a
specific point in the video.
Either pre-arrange a time to
deliver your photos for processing or ship them using a
service that allows you to trace the package.
If shipping your photos, be
sure to place your photos in-between two pieces of cardboard
in to protect them from getting bent.
Write PHOTOS—DO NOT BEND on
the front and back of the package.
NOTE: A 50% down
payment is required before work will begin.
The balance is
due prior to final delivery.
Processing time
is generally two weeks.
Holiday’s may
run longer depending on demand.
All photos,
music CD’s and digital files will be returned with
videotape.
